Returns
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of the purchase date

Return Process

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Eligibility for Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the receipt of your returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Partial Refunds

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at sales@weight-loss-corner.com for further instructions.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@weight-loss-corner.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
